5.1 Limited Liability

While we maintain security measures, parking is at your own risk. We are not liable for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or property unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.2 Insurance Requirements

All vehicles must maintain current registration and insurance. Users are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

5.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J Munoz Truck Parking, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities.

6.1 Program Description

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

• Parking reservation confirmation
• Parking reservation expiration
• Parking Reservation Scheduling
• Reservation details such as name and license plate
• Parking reservation Reminders
